Weeknight Work Nights at JCPC
The first 3 Mondays in June from 7:00 - 8:30 pm you are invited to join the B&G folks as they try to make the To-Do list a Well-Done List! Some of the chores on the list are: power wash windows on the outside, re-stain steps to the parking lot, tame wild roses on the hill, transplant small shrubs and perennials, and mulch, mulch, mulch. Bring your own gloves and any tools you have available. We hope to see you there! |

Join Cathy for our contemporary Adult Education Classes
Cathy will be leading us in 2 more classes (June 8 and 15) before our program year comes to a close. Come join us as we focus on an issue pertinent to living a Christian life. The class meets from 9:00 to 9:45 am Sunday morning. |
Save the date - Saturday, July 19 for the JCPC Chicken Bar-B-Que.
The sign up sheets are posted and we are starting to collect the supplies needed for the big event. We are looking for donations of the following: - 20 lb bags of Kingsford Charcoal Briquettes - Bush's Original Baked Beans (any size) - Cakes to serve 24 - 4 dozen chocolate chip cookies (no nuts please) - financial donations to cover cost of chicken and other supplies Many thanks to all who are ready and able to support this project. |
A big thank you to all who purchased plants and helped with
the 10th annual JCPC Plant Sale. A total of over
$4,000 was taken in for the sale - a new record! Thank you especially to
Nancy Morgan for organizing the big event.
